DESCRIPTION:The Chamber is pleased to announce that HART for Animals will be hosting our July Business After Hours on Thursday\, July 14th from 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm. \n\n\n\nHART was founded in response to a local problem: the number of homeless animals arriving at the county shelter exceeded its capacity to hold them or funding to shelter them. As a result\, most of the 1\,000 unclaimed animals were euthanized every year. HART's goal was to stop the euthanasia of healthy animals by transporting them to larger rescue groups in more populated areas\, where they would have a better chance of being adopted. \n\n\n\nWe invite you to bring a friend or business associate along and network with fellow Chamber members while enjoying delicious food and drinks. \n\n\n\nReminder: Due to COVID-19 restrictions and events not being able to take place\, Business After Hours tickets from FY21 will be honored for all Business After Hours events in FY22. Purple complimentary tickets with an expiration date of "7/31/2021" are valid and will be accepted at Garrett County Chamber of Commerce events until July 31\, 2022.
